Adam G. Sevani Bio
Adam G. Sevani, born on 29 June 1992, is an American actor/dancer. Sevani is well-known for his role as Robert Alexander III / Moose in the Step Up film series. Sevani was featured in Step Up 2: The Streets (2008), the second installment in the Step Up film series. The story revolved around students who form a dance group to battle the streets. Sevani's portrayal of Robert "Moose" Alexander III was highly praised by critics like The New York Times, for playing a character who "might be the baddest nerd in movie history". The film, which received mostly mixed reviews, went on to gross over 150 million dollars worldwide. Sevani was named the 2008 Young Hollywood Awards "Best Scene Stealer Award" for his role in the movie. Sevani was confirmed in May 2009 to reprise the character of Moose again for the third film. Filming was done in New York City with a budget of $30 million. Step Up 3D is about Moose and Camille Alyson Stoner, his best friend who moves to New York City to begin University. Sevani's character becomes caught up in the underground dancing scene. It was released in August 2010, to mixed reviews. The film has grossed over $159million worldwide as of August 2012. Sevani appeared in Step Up Revolution, the fourth installment of the series, in July 2012. In 2014, Sevani once again reprised his role as Moose in the fifth installment of the Step Up film series, Step Up: All In.
